What is Seated Acupressure?
Seated Acupressure, also known as on-site massage, is based on the traditional Japanese acupressure and massage techniques called ‘amma’ and ‘shiatsu’. It stimulates over sixty acupressure points in the lower back, spine, shoulders, neck and head, improving the flow of energy throughout the body along the meridians, or energy lines. It strengthens and balances the muscular, circulatory and nervous systems. These short acupressure treatments are an ideal, convenient way to bring relaxation and energy into daily life.
